Janette has significant experience litigating individual and class action lawsuits in both state and federal courts. She has represented clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including administrative hearings, initial pleadings, discovery and summary judgment, and has also represented clients in appeals and alternative dispute resolution. Janette’s practice focuses on representing clients in financial services litigation. Janette also has extensive experience litigating employment matters.
