Josh is a litigator who focuses on defending lenders and servicers against borrower initiated civil suits. Josh has extensive experience litigating under California’s comprehensive non-judicial foreclosure scheme, the state and federal credit reporting and debt collection statutes, the Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Josh has also filed claims on behalf of lenders and servicers to protect the priority and validity of their liens. Overall, Josh has successfully handled hundreds of mortgage related lawsuits from inception to conclusion.

Josh’s experience also includes litigating general negligence, product liability, public entity, employment and complex multi-party insurance coverage disputes.
