Anubha's practice focuses on commercial and consumer litigation, with an emphasis on defending financial services clients. Prior to joining Yu | Mohandesi, Anubha was an associate at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP, where she represented clients in private party claims under California’s Proposition 65, wage disputes and product liability litigation.

Anubha also has a strong foundation in intellectual property and commercial dispute resolution through several years of practice in India, where she represented clients in adversarial trademark proceedings, enforcement actions, and civil and commercial disputes before courts and tribunals. She also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at USC Gould School of Law, conducting comparative legal analysis across U.S. and Indian law. A dual-qualified attorney licensed in California and India, Anubha earned her LL.M. from USC Gould School of Law and her J.D. equivalent from Amity Law School in Delhi, where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class. She is currently pursuing an M.B.A. with a concentration in Strategic and Innovative Leadership at Westcliff University as a Founder's Scholar.
